Hand Files is the cutting and grinding hand tool manufactured by carbon tool steel T12(1095,Cr6,130Cr2) with 1.15%-1.25% carbon content. HRC60-65. It is suitable for cutting and grinding metal and hard non-metal article. It is produced according to GB 5803-5815, GB/T 806, GGG-F-325b and DIN6261-7285. The craft includes hot forging, grinding, cutting teeth, quenching, surface sandblasting.
Usage and Maintenance:
The file needs to be equipped with a handle when in use, and the tension between the handle and the file is above 20KG, and the operator needs to wear goggles and safety gloves when using the file. During file processing, both hands press the file on the workpiece horizontally and forward. The file cannot be processed in the reverse direction and cannot be used to process super-hard materials. After the file is used, it is necessary to clean the surface of the iron and store it safely in a dry tool bag.
